Fees and Payment
The conference fee of 95€ includes
- participation in the renowned Münster University International Model United Nations at the truly inspiring venues of the Westphalian Peace: Historisches Rathaus & Fürstbischöfliches Schloss
- daily lunch in nearby restaurants Pfefferkorn & Schloßgarten (from Tue to Fri)
- coffee, water and biscuits during the conference
- an original, high quality MUIMUN conference bag that includes a lot of information material (e.g. a city map, the delegate handbook, brochures, writing paper and biros…)
- a Global Village event and free entrance to our Farewell Party
- other activities during the whole week e.g. a night-watchman’s tour
- and many other things
In addition, delegates have to bear the costs for their accommodation (further information here), for their journey to Münster and back home, as well as any other related activities and expenses, such as visa fees or personal expenses.
If you are not able to participate and you want to cancel your registration, we will refund your conference fee as follows:
- cancellation until Dec 31st : 100% repayment
- cancellation until Feb 29th : 50% repayment
- cancellation after Feb 29th : 0% repayment
Our accommodation offer can be cancelled at no charge until February 1st. After that we will do our best to refund as much as possible.

Payment
Payment will be processed by Paypal, bank transfer or Western Union. Should you encounter any problems, contact us.
Students facing severe financial problems are invited to inform themselves about our scholarship program.
